Easter Fun

We had lots of fun Easter weekend. I wanted to take our little guy to an Easter egg hunt. It took two tries but we finally found one that really existed. He was really excited and it was hard to hold him back once we got there.

 He is so cute. There were so many kids and not very many eggs, and of course some ridiculous actions by the parents (think collecting eggs for their kids). I pointed out where the eggs were and Bubbie did a really good job of picking them up and putting them in his basket.

 As you can see he got six eggs, but it was six eggs in about 2 minutes. It went really fast. It was more like and egg race than an egg hunt.

 Easter morning before church we did our Easter baskets. Mostly it was just Bubbies basket. It is always really fun to give him gifts. Now that he is older it is pretty easy to pick out just exactly what he likes... cars, cars, and maybe some trucks.

Time for a new Do...

A week or so ago we decided it was time to give our little guy his first haircut. It was getting pretty matted up in the back and he looked a little too shaggy for our tastes. I was a little nervous, and I think I had the hardest time adjusting to his new look. I felt my baby was gone, but after a few hours even I will admit he looks a lot better. I am going to let the pictures tell the story.

I think he liked it.
